Lightica is a company with experience in comprehensive metal processing. We specialize in laser cutting, bending, engraving, welding, and painting. We carry out both individual artistic projects and large production series.

Our capabilities
Modern Machine Park
We have modern fiber lasers, which allows us for flexibility and rapid execution of orders. Our flagship unit invested in 2024 is the Bodor with 6 kW power. It is an enclosed, fully automated cutting system that guarantees the highest quality and repeatability. The machine park is complemented by Bodor units, ensuring optimal technology selection for each type of detail.

Details for planes and gliders
Lightica is one of the few metal processing plants in Poland with experience in the production of precision details for the aviation industry. We manufacture components for ultralight aircraft and gliders with the highest accuracy.
We cooperate with the Czech company ellipse.aero — a leader in the design and construction of ultralight aircraft. We provide them with precisely laser-cut metal elements that go directly into aviation structures.
